Container Advance Order
The shipping company shall indicate to the Free Zone section each container exported.
The necessary information to be known by the port administrator (container size, agency, container weight, port of landing etc.) and the carrier has undertaken its transportation to the port area.
File online exports declarations
The Shipping Company, which holds containers for loading on a vessel, shall deposit a centralized electronic file with those containers, as well as the necessary information that the Port Administrator must know in the Free Zone section after the arrival of the vessel.
Container export declaration
HPCS users can access this service via the online platform to declare planned exports of containers without any third party intervention. That ensures declarations are made promptly without any delays.
File online import declarations
The Shipping Company which holds container for discharging ( import) on a board of a vessel, shall submit a electronic centralized file with those containers as well as, the necessary details that the Port Administrator should know.
Gate traffic
This service gives users preferential access to a list showing the containers that have entered/left the port facilities’ gate.
Submit EDI files
This service automates the process of sending-sharing digital information about the ship and containers. More specifically, the once time-consuming online correspondence between the ship’s manager and port manager has been transformed into an online platform via which all information needed can be submitted by HPCS users.
